Purpose of the role ⭐️

Your role as a Swedish B2B Sales Developer for Google Ads, you’ll play a key role in helping businesses grow through innovative digital marketing solutions. You’ll engage directly with clients, identifying their needs and connecting them with the right opportunities!

Key responsibilities:

Meet Sales and Activity Targets: Achieve your quarterly sales goals while maintaining a high level of daily and weekly activity to build a strong pipeline of potential clients.

Engage with Decision Makers: Execute daily outbound calls and emails, often through cold calling, to reach C-level decision-makers, build rapport, and understand their needs.

Manage Customer Accounts: Oversee a portfolio of assigned accounts, identify high-potential prospects, and educate them on how Google Ads can benefit their business.

Solution Selling and CRM Management: Gather technical requirements, match business needs to Google Ads solutions, and track all customer interactions in the CRM for effective follow-up.

What we´re looking for 👀

Swedish native speaker, Fluency in other Nordic languages would be a plus.

Advanced level of English, good verbal and writing skills!

Previous sales experience (preferably B2B)

Experience with CRM.

Strong written and business communication skills.

Comfortable in goal driven environment and attaining goals with broader team

Goal oriented, self-motivated individual who is confident, competitive, tenacious and proactive
