As a Customer Support Agent, your role is, together with your team, to handle customer issues in a friendly, effective and professional manner via e-mail, chat, and phone.

Your responsibilities:ย 

  • Provide exceptional support and guidance to customers regarding their services and subscriptions.
  • Deliver quick, accurate, and helpful responses to inquiries to keep smiles on our customersโ€™ faces!
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring a smooth experience for the customer.
  • Guide customers through software features, ensuring they get the most out of their experience.
  • Ensure every interaction delivers accurate, complete information and maintains the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Keep everything on track by documenting interactions, feedback, and resolutions to build stronger customer relationships.

The candidate we’re looking for ๐Ÿ‘€

  • Being fluent (C2 level) in the Danish language
  • Good knowledge of English (B1-B2 level) required
  • Computer skills (basic skills mandatory, advanced skills like coding preferential)
  • Good analytic skills and logical thinking
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, listening skills
  • Proactive and quick learner, able to adapt and to continuously evolving needs to help clients grow their business on the advertising platform
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • EU citizenship or work permit for Irelandย
